Weight Loss Doesn't Mean Eating Less

Most people think weight loss means eating less, cutting foods out, or being "more strict" wtih their eating habits.
And maybe that has worked before in the past. Maybe it did cause weight loss in the beginning. But that's just it. It worked in the beginning.
I'm here to tell you why this doesn't work.
It's frustrating when you're working hard, putting in the work to be mondful of your eating habits, exercise routine, doing routine weigh-ins, etc. and see the number stop moving.
