1-on-1 Nutrition Counseling

At Shorter Nutrition & Wellness, we are committed to offering you nutrition you can trust. We do this by making your nutrition simple, sustainable, and science-based, while also acknowledging that maintaining healthy habits doesn't occur after a single session. Our services are designed to allow us to come alongside you for personalized guidance and support throughout your journey.

Our Services

Since we believe nutrition, health, and fitness are long-term investments, not short-term solutions, our services are offered exclusively through multi-month consultation packages. Research indicates it typically takes at least 2 months to form a habit or change a behavior and up to 6 months to maintain that change long-term. These packages allow us to be with you every step of the way to ensure you maintain those healthy changes and lasting results.

So, why work with us?

We are being flooded with nutrition information all the time. Between AI-generated recommendations, social media influencers, and endless Google searches, it’s difficult to know what actually works. Add in short-term trends that promise results but only make healthy eating more complicated, restrictive, or unrealistic—it’s no wonder many people end up feeling frustrated, confused, or stuck.

Ask yourself:

Are you someone who...

  • Tried the 75 hard but found yourself slipping back into old habits?

  • Tried Intermittent Fasting, the Carnivore diet, the 500 kcal diet but wasn't sustainable?

  • Has been weight cycling and just wants to maintain the weight loss?

  • Has spent money on supplements promoted by picture-perfect influencers but feels like a waste of money?

  • Has been meticulously counting calories and finding yourself with barely any calories left before dinner?

  • Feels overwhelmed or confused because one moment foods like oats and fruit are "good" for you and then told those same foods are  “unhealthy” the next?

  • Is just tired of starting over again and wants something that's realistic but works too?

If you said yes to any of those, then you’re in the right place!

BUT if you're still looking for short-term fixes, then you may be in the wrong place.

Working with us means helping you break free from the cycle of trying these short-lived approaches but never getting sustainable, long-term results. This process requires time, consistency, and ongoing support. You might notice those first few weeks of making heatlhy choices are super motivating, but around week 5 or 6, real life challenges show up and resistance starts to set in. Progress may seem a little harder but this is when our work together becomes most impactful.

If this resonates with you, then take the next step towards the lifestyle you've been wanting!

Working with us does NOT look like:
  • Providing you with even more information

    • We already have enough of that thanks to social media, Google, and AI.

  • Giving you long lists of foods to eat or not eat

    • Boo, boring! We provide you with comprehensive nutrition guidance but we ultimately want YOU to be able to make those choices on your own once we're done working together.

  • Giving you a meal plan and saying "good luck!"

    • Let's be real, this doesn't teach you healthy eating habits. We give you the tools to be able to make your own meal plans.

Working with us DOES look like:
  • Getting to know more about you, your story, and your specific goals

  • Understanding the ins & outs of your daily routine and your current habits

  • Simplifying your nutrition

    • Eating a healthy, well-balanced diet doesn't have to be as overwhelming or complicated as it may seem. We break it down for you into bite-sized amounts.

  • Making your nutrition sustainable

    • We don't want you to feel like you're having to sacrifice everything to get the results you want. It should be a small, realistic change you can make daily.

  • Using science-based strategies

    • Whatever your goals are, we only deliver solutions that are proven effective and backed by up-to-date research.

  • Building a healthy relationship with food in the process

    • Eating a healthy diet can feel like choosing between "good" and "bad" foods, "healthy" and "unhealthy" foods. What if we told you there's space for both?

  • Regaining trust with your body

  • Feeling confident in your body and clothes

  • Honoring your preferences and foods you enjoy!
